SHOWS

Welcome to the official website of Downfield Musical Society. For many years the Society has been performing Musicals, Pantomimes and Cabarets in the City of Dundee, Scotland and on many occasions across the UK and Ireland.

Formed in 1928 the Society celebrated its 80th anniversary last year and performed a spectacular show in the Caird Hall Dundee to great acclaim.

This year DMS are presenting "Godspell" and "Smokey Joe's Cafe" and they will be presented in our own Starlight Showroom.

This year’s pantomime is (“Dick Whittington”). Once again this year Downfield's panto will follow the true tradition of good wholesome family entertainment. Downfield’s fantastic reputation for great panto stretches far and wide, and tickets sell very quickly so book early boys and girls!! Booking for all 2009 productions are open.

Downfield are proud to announce that they will be presenting Disney's "Beauty And The Beast" in April 2010 in the Whitehall Theatre. The Show will run for 11 performances and is sure to be a fabulous hit with the Tayside public.
